Poultry Stuffing Seasoning

This is a tasty, traditional stuffing seasoning that's heavy on sage and freshly ground white pepper. It is a quintessential flavoring for any Thanksgiving stuffing recipe. This seasoning also makes a great salt-free rub for the outside of a pot roast, chicken, pork chops, or lamb chops. You can also use this to flavor homemade gravies.

• Use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per cup of any sort of stuffing.
