Palampur Oolong: While not classified as a black tea, Oolong teas are oxidized to draw out the aroma and flavor of the tea. Our Oolong is sourced from the Wah Tea Estate in the Kangra River Valley of Himachal Pradesh, India.  The estate is dedicated to preserving biodiversity and maintaining soil health.

Water — 200°F
Steep — 2-3 minutes

ICED
8 cups / 64 oz
Tea — 14g or 8 Tablespoons
Water — at room temperature
Steep — refrigerated overnight; minimum 6 hours
