Developed in collaboration with Chef Daniel Humm, it's gently steeped with real spices over low heat, just as it’s done at Eleven Madison Park.

I first tried this oil in combination with a pistachio butter on vanilla ice cream at our local ice cream shop as a special. It was an amazing combo! I loved it so much that I came to A Pinch Of Pepper Spicery to purchase the oil so I could use it at home. The oil is a complex combination of spice and heat and pairs so well with tahini or coconut aminos, and tastes great on salmon or eggs, or in soup. I love it and will purchase it again when it runs out (which will be soon!_)
